What you’ll need
- Dependent legal name and date of birth

Steps in Paylocity
- Go to Benefits > Dependents.
- Select Add Dependent (or edit an existing record).
- Enter details and save.
- If prompted, upload verification documentation.
Common issues
- Duplicate dependent: check spelling, hyphens, and dates of birth.
- Document rejected: ensure the file is readable and includes the dependent name and event date.
