Equipment shipping and tracking is managed by IT. HR may be copied for awareness, but HR does not take action on shipping notifications.
What you should expect
- A tracking email is sent when your equipment ships.
- Delivery timing depends on carrier and address accuracy.
If there’s a problem (wrong address, lost package, delivery delay)
- Contact the IT Service Desk and include the tracking number.
- If you are within 48 hours of start date and do not have equipment, notify your manager as well.
